Reservation requests

Sending a reservation request through this site costs nothing and doesn't commit you to buy. It tells us what you need so we can prepare a quote.

Quotes

Your quote sets out the configuration, the price in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes, delivery and a build date. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Deposits and your build slot

Accepting a quote and paying the deposit it states holds your place in the build queue. Before we start fabrication we send you the final design for your machine to sign off. Your deposit is fully refundable until you sign off. After sign-off, the deposit is applied to your machine and is no longer refundable, because materials and parts are ordered for your build.

Balance and delivery

The balance is due before the machine ships or is installed, as set out in your quote. Delivery, crating and installation are quoted separately where they apply.

Changes

Changes requested after sign-off may affect price and build date. We'll confirm any change in writing before going ahead.

Warranty

Each machine is covered by our workmanship warranty. The warranty terms are written into your quote.
